2019 Cajun Festival in Grove

The bands will begin playing at 10:00 a.m. and alternate throughout the day at the 2019 Cajun Festival in Grove on Thursday, July 4th.
One doesn’t have travel deep into the heart of Cajun Country of Louisiana to find good food, good times and good music.
In fact, it can be found in Grove at the Grove Civic Center on the 4th of July with authentic Cajun music, Cajun food, and many other entertainers.
The Grove Civic Center will be rockin’ wild on Independence Day with the Ragin’ Cajun himself, Grammy winner Doug Kershaw. Joining Kershaw on stage is Louisiana’s hot Cajun Band, Chris Miller and Bayou Roots for two shows at 12:30 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.
Arts, crafts and food vendors will be participating assuring everyone of a choice that will suit them from beautifully handcrafted jewelry to Native American art and chicken & sausage jambalaya–more traditional foods such as hot dogs & hamburgers will also be available.
The Annual Arts, Crafts, Music & Cajun Festival has proven to be successful and has become a major event in the Grand Lake area with the entire day devoted to good family entertainment. This event is hosted by Jana Jae, Grove’s own queen of country fiddle, and the non-profit organization, Grand Lake Festivals, Inc. with the assistance of the Oklahoma Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
$5 Admission, kids free…that’s a Grand Lake bargain!!
