Big Meat Run 2024!
March 15 – March 17
BMR fans – mark your calendars for March 15th-17th as the dates for 2024’s Big Meat Run at the South Grand Lake Recreation Area in Disney/Langley, Oklahoma.
It is always the biggest weekend of the year in Disney, with estimated crowds of over 10,000 people coming to town and riding the trails and climbing the hills.

Hello, I am a registered nurse and own and operate a mobile IV company in Rogers County and wondering if there is any interest in having a tent set up for IV hydration? I set up a tent this year at Route 66 Run for hydration and had some success. My website is coming soon. Hi Lana, I really don’t have anything to do with the event itself. The Grand Lake Living website helps to promote all of the events around the lake, and a lot of the businesses, but we don’t put on events. I’d think the first people to reach out to would be at City Hall in Disney. A quick Google search should get you there number and they can answer any questions you have about Big Meat Run, or any of the upcoming events in Disney.
