This is Kathryn with Grand Lake Area Information. What time does the Christmas Parade start?
There will be more info coming out. Typically there is a party at Cherokee Yacht Club that starts about 3 and is open to the public to view the boats. The boats I think typically start their loop in Duck Creek around 5 or 5:30.
