Safe Home Watch and Concierge has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.
Owner Jerry Talley brings a wealth of experience and a strong customer service ethos to Safe Home Watch and Concierge. Jerry’s career began right out of high school when he joined Walmart. Over nearly 20 years, he advanced from working in a distribution center to a position at the corporate home office. During this time, Jerry embraced the founder’s customer service philosophy, which has become deeply ingrained in him.
Following his tenure at Walmart, Jerry worked as an alarm technician for the State of Arkansas. He then joined one of Arkansas’ largest smart-home integrators, starting as a technician, where he pre-wired homes and installed equipment before homeowners moved in. His excellent customer service skills greatly benefited his interactions with clients. Jerry’s dedication and expertise led to promotions within the company, where he eventually built racks housing home control equipment and then transitioned to the role of purchaser.
Motivated by a desire to serve his community, Jerry left his position to establish Safe Home Watch and Concierge. Recognizing the significant retiree population in his area, Jerry aims to provide invaluable services to these residents, helping to ensure their homes are well-maintained and secure.
Safe Home Watch and Concierge serves Delaware County in Oklahoma, including Grove and Bernice; Jasper, Newton, and McDonald Counties in Missouri, including Joplin and Neosho; and Benton and Washington Counties in Arkansas, including Rogers and Fayetteville.
