2020 Duck Creek Fireworks
July 4 @ 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The legendary Duck Creek Fireworks at Oklahoma’s Grand Lake is set for Saturday, July 4th, 2020.
LATEST UPDATE ON THE AIR SHOW AND F-16’S
We have been notified by the Air National Guard that the F-16s WILL NOT be making the Duck Creek Fireworks show. Complications with COVID virus restrictions by the government is the reason.
With COVID and the State of Oklahoma and Federal Government, each day is different. We must adapt to what the day brings. We are undoubtedly sorry the F-16s will be absent this year.
However, our War Birds and our aerobatic air show will go on. Our aerobatic show does include an appearance by Dr. John Swartz and either his F-86 or T-33 jet. We do have an outstanding line for our air and aerobatic air show.

THE 80TH ANNUAL Duck Creek Fireworks WITH LIVE RADIO SIMULCAST
KGVE 99.3 FM
It’s going to be really BIG, BIG, BIG show this weekend on Duck Creek. There will be a dress rehearsal on Friday evening, July 3rd. You will get to see the aerobatic show twice. Friday and Saturday! I apologize and thank everyone for their patience with the closing down of Duck Creek for the rehearsal and the air show itself.
Duck Creek will open up immediately following the air show. Plenty of time to get a prime spot for the Fireworks themselves.
In addition to the air show and best fireworks display in the state of Oklahoma by far, there is also going to be a celebration raft out and concert taking place on the North end of the Cherokee Yacht Club. Boats will be able to raft up in the North Cove and into Duck Creek. The fabulous George Brothers will be entertaining beginning at 7:45 pm.
It’s going to be quite an exciting and fun evening for the 80th anniversary!
