2024 Grand River Dam Paddle

Get ready for the 2nd annual Grand River Dam Paddle (GRDP), happening on Saturday, August 31st, on the Grand River below the Pensacola Dam in Langley, Oklahoma.

Paddlers of all skill levels are invited to participate in various race categories, including SUP, kayak, and canoe. The event promises a day filled with adventure, competition, and camaraderie as participants navigate the scenic waters of the Grand River.

There will once again be something for ALL ages and ALL skill levels.

This year’s event will feature races in three categories: the 1K, 5K, and the challenging 11.5-mile long course. All paddle crafts are welcome, including canoes, kayaks, SUPs, tandems, and even pedal-drive crafts. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or just starting out, there’s something for everyone!

Whether you’re a seasoned racer or a beginner looking to challenge yourself, the Grand River Dam Paddle offers something for everyone. Spectators can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, cheer on their favorite paddlers, and take in the beautiful surroundings.
