This Weekend at Grand Lake - August 20, 2026

Goooood Morning!

I’m hearing rumors of a small chance of showers each morning for the next few mornings. Not sure that is a rumor I believe, but it is out there.

But it is going to be another perfect August weekend to be on the water, and, somehow, "free food" is the theme this Saturday. Free burgers and hot dogs at Hi-Lift Marina at noon, then free hot dogs AND free floats at Dripping Springs that evening. Pace yourselves, people.

Lots of live music all over again, perfect water conditions, and that warm Oklahoma summertime keeps rolling on.

So, here’s everything you need to know for this weekend at Grand Lake!

Lake Level — The lake level as of early this morning is 743.07' with seasonal, intermittent generation on the river side. Believe it or not… the lake is still WARM, lol. Upper 80s+ all over.

Grove Chamber Business After Hours – The Grove Chamber's Business After Hours lands at Good Shepherd Hospice in Grove this evening from 5:00 to 6:30. A great chance to mingle, network, and support a caring local organization. Make sure to RSVP.

🎶 Double Entertainment Weekend - The Quarterdeck at Tera Miranda Resort & Marina has two island favorites back on the deck this weekend — Magen Faulconer Saturday from 6 to 9, and Dillon Leggett Sunday from 4 to 7. Great music, great sunset views.

📋 Dining Notes - A few schedule changes around the lake — BOOM at The Regatta in Grove is now closed for the season (Drift is still open), Mooney's Sunset Bar & Grill in Disney is now closed on Tuesdays, and The Quarterdeck Café at Tera Miranda is no longer open on Thursdays.

Farmers Markets - The Grove Farmers Market happens Saturday morning from 8 to 1 on the Downtown Square. And, the Saturday Morning Market runs from 9 to Noon (or 1-ish), right next to Reasor’s in Langley.

🐾 New to the Lake: The Dog Barn - Your four-legged first mate now has a place to stay! The Dog Barn dog boarding and daycare is officially open in Afton (23800 S 580 Rd) — indoor and outdoor play yards, daycare, overnight stays, and multi-dog discounts. The owners live on site.
